The purpose of this site is for UHM students who study abroad in London in Fall 2014 to post their photo essays. This assignment is inspired by the National Geographic Foodscapes that contains excellent examples of using photography to capture the social, cultural, economic relationships embedded in a landscape.
You and your partner should venture out to a unique neighborhood or gathering place in London and search for expressions of globalization (for students taking GEOG 322); or foodscapes (for students taking GEOG 422).
